Quality policy
Devraj Engineering Company is an ISO 9001:2008 registered organisation. Since 1971 our name has rested on the quality of our machines, and our policy is to never compromise on quality and integrity.
How we control quality
- Raw material and components. Steel and bought-out components are sourced from reliable vendors and checked before they are accepted into production.
- In-process supervision. Experienced quality controllers watch the production process so that defects are caught early.
- Testing. Machines are tested for performance and construction before dispatch, against stringent quality parameters.
- Documentation. Specifications agreed in the quotation are recorded with the machine.
What you can check when your machine is ready
We recommend buyers, or their representatives, check these points before dispatch:
- Ram parallelism and repeatability over the full working length
- Smooth operation in inch, single and continuous modes
- Instant ram stop from the emergency stop and foot switch
- Back gauge movement and accuracy
- Hydraulic system for leaks and normal oil temperature after a run
- Trial bends on your own material where possible
