Our works in Ahmedabad
Devraj press brakes, bending machines and shears are built at our manufacturing unit in Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad is one of western India's major engineering centres, with ready access to steel, hydraulic and electrical suppliers and to skilled machinists, which helps us control quality and lead times.
What we build in-house
Our team has decades of experience building heavy machine tools, including plate bending rolls, hydraulic presses, lathes, plano millers and vertical boring machines. That background shapes how we build press brakes:
- Fabricated frames sized for the machine's rated load so the ram and bed stay rigid in use.
- Hydraulic systems assembled and tested for smooth, controlled ram movement and instant stop.
- Electrical and control integration for conventional, NC/PLC and CNC machines.
- Assembly and trial of each machine before dispatch.
